Law360, New York (November 04, 2009) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has ordered Texaco Inc., a subsidiary of Chevron Corp., to assess soil and groundwater contamination and evaluate additional cleanup options at a Superfund site in Filmore, Calif.
The EPA issued a unilateral administrative order to Texaco requiring an investigation of the Pacific Coast Pipeline Superfund Site, formerly an oil refinery, it said in an announcement Wednesday....
