Law360, New York (July 01, 2009) -- A federal appeals court has tossed a suit over Shell Offshore Inc.'s drilling plan in Alaska's Beaufort Sea in light of Shell's announcement that it had scrapped the original plan and would replace it with a reduced exploration plan.
